- Tsys began NY weaker, quiet into Fri 8:30am ET US Nov jobs; traders awaited
word on expiring-Friday debt ceiling lifting as legislators talked on it.  
- Bunds ended a choppy day mildly weaker amid supply-driven weakness, after
decent Spanish auctions, soft Green French OAT govt bond, weak Bund auction
Thurday; also UK Gilt 30Y auction drew poor demand, so Gilt weakness hurt EGBs.
Eonia remained at a relatively high level, -0.324%. 
- US Tsy cld announce/do 41-day Cash Mngmt Bill Friday 9:30am ET for non-comp
bid close 11am ET, 11:30 am ET competitive bid deadline. US FBI Dir Wray
questioned by GOP, Dems in House panel. EU Tusk Fri to do Brexit announcement
7:50am ET Centrl Europe Time. Tsy will sell $24B 3Y auction and $20B 10Y
reopening Mon Dec. 11, and $12B 30Y bond reopening Tues. US data:-2,000 initial
wkly jobless claims
