US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have kept to a very tight range so far to kick off
the week, with T-note futures flat in the early going Monday.
- Jun 10-Yr futures (TY) steady at at 123-19 (L: 123-17.5 / H: 123-22.5).
- Cash curve trading mixed-to-slightly steeper but nothing exciting: he 2-Yr
yield is down 0.2bps at 2.3373%, 5-Yr is up 0bps at 2.3054%, 10-Yr is up 0.4bps
at 2.4989%, and 30-Yr is up 0.7bps at 2.9102%.
- Minimal movement in the Eurodollar strip, with 1 tick changes at most.
- Durable goods & factory orders provide the highlight of the day in terms of
data (1000ET); new orders increased by 0.1% M/M in Jan but are expected to fall
by 0.6% in February.
- Tsy sells 13W/26W bills at 1130ET.
- Slow start to the week but picks up with FOMC March minutes and CPI Wednesday,
PPI Thursday.
