US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries held a tight mixed range in early Monday afternoon
amid muted two-way flows, some mild curve steepening and month-end buying
awaited for later. 
- Tsys began NY lower, after overnight 2way flow including Asian safe-haven bid
amid another N.Korea ICBM missile; Tsys then decline with German Bunds on higher
than expected German retail sales and surprise Eurozone core inflation rise. Tsy
10Y Ultra futures block via screens at 5:35am ET: 2,441 UXYU7 at 135.01. 
- Tsys had mild early corporate rate-locks hedges amid heavy US$ high-grade bond
issuance. Bonds had little to no react to lower than anticipated 58.9 July MNI
Chicago Business Barometer, but some light buying by fast$ in 10s, real$ in 30s
helping pull futures off day's low. Tsys dip buying amid EGBs month-end buys:
BBG  Barclays Pan-Euro Agg Tsys index: large 0.12 yrs advance estimated extens
vs 0.06 yrs BBG Barclays US Tsys. Mild Tsy steepeners but curves not moving
much. Tsy 5Y tight in O/N RP, despite today's settlemt of 2/5/7Y auctions. 
- US swaps mixed, spread curve well off flattest level; 2-way deal-tied flow,
light prop acct rate paying in front end.
