US TSYS: Treasuries hold a lower range in muted two-way trading flows, while

- Meanwhile some eyed WSJ story on loan defaults in a program meant to finance
energy saving home upgrades, part of the Property Assessed Clean Energy program
(PACE), which helps customers afford solar panels etc; it said that is among the
"fastest-growing types of loans in the U.S.; but it said defaults rise means
some borrowers "are at risk of losing their homes over relatively small loan
amounts."
