US TSYS: Treasuries saw a tiny bit of dip buying after the PCE data, but
generally market flows remain quiet. However Tsys curves have flipped and 2/10Y,
2/30Y now steepener, 5/30Y flatter after all had been flatter earlier. 
- "The market trades a little bit heavy," said one trader. "Both the core PCE
and overall went up to around 1.5%. The Fed will be keeping its eye on the
inflation. They are looking at the monthly increases. If those tick back up to a
reasonable level, the December rate hike is not out of the question. But the
market is not pricing that in, yet."
