US TSYS/STOCKS: Treasuries still marching higher, 10-year note is at 2.372% amid
US stocks still pressured amid speculation spurred by a Bloomberg story that the
House may propose a US corporate tax cut that is phased-in over 5 years. Tsys
also had short-covering too, as the 10-year note is moving away from a 2.40% key
level, now is at 2.374%. 
- Tsys saw real money buying and also US and foreign buying in morning action;
also was FX-tied buying in Tsys too, as the US dollar recedes vs. the Japanese
yen.
