US TSYS: Tsy futures have ticked lower in early dealing this week on the back of
WSJ & BBG reports suggesting that Washington and Beijing are nearing a trade
deal, which would result in scratching "most or all" U.S. tariffs, as long as
China complies with a set of requirements, including better IP protection and
purchases of American goods.
- The weekend saw U.S. President Trump once again criticise Fed chair Powell's
choice to hike rates during his tenure as Fed chair, and reiterated his want for
a "lower USD."
- White and red Eurodollar futures trade 0.25 tick higher to 2.00 ticks lower at
writing.
- T-Notes last 121.16+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.753% on Friday.
