US TSY/RECAP: Tsys finished mildly higher on Thursday, back from best levels,
near mid-range, on moderate volume, in quiet trade, following Wednesday's FOMC
decision & ahead of Friday's US labour market report.
- The space had limited reaction to the domestic US data, with the curve sitting
a touch flatter at the close.
- Cash Tsys will be closed until the London open owing to a Japanese market
holiday.
- The Eurodollar strip was mildly higher across the strip by the bell, with the
Greens outperforming.
- Heavy Eurodollar option flow was noted.
- Swaps were steady to marginally wider, on light volume, payers in 3s noted.
- Fed voters Dudley, Williams & Quarles are due to speak on Friday.
- T-Notes last at 119.21, US 10-Year yields closed at 2.946%.
