US TSY/RECAP: Tsys performed strongly yesterday despite giving up some gains in
late trading, with yields trading in lockstep with US stocks. 10-year yields
have tentatively broken below uptrend support from the May 30 lows. 
- The 2s-10s curve ended flatter at 25.00bps, down 0.7bps on the day but
recovering from its fresh cycle lows of 23.4bps. The 30-year underperformed with
the 10s-30s hitting fresh 10-week highs at 17.88bps before settling back at
16.77bps.
- Bonds shrugged off the positive data releases out of the US which say Aug
Empire MFG, Retail Sales, non-farm prod., and unit labor costs all come in
stronger than expected.
- 10-Note futures last trade at 120-110.
- Yields last at: 2Y: 2.608%, 5Y: 2.735%, 10Y: 2.862%, 30Y: 3.032%.
