US TSYS: Tsys retain most safe-haven bid gains late in NY, as markets still a
bit on edge after Spanish van attack; Spanish Catalonia region police said they
have arrested a suspect in connection with Barcelona van attack and are
"treating him as a terrorist," said AP; they denied earlier news reports of a
suspect surrounded in a bar. Catalan officials also said 13 dead and 50 injured
in Barcelona, according to Bloomberg.
- Meanwhile Tsys curves flipped around today, most recently are flatter in
2/10Y, 2/30Y, 5/30Ys. TIPS are higher on the day, but underperform Tsys.
