Tuapse Oil Product Exports Slip 28.6% in May m/m

Russian oil product exports from the Black Sea port of Tuapse in May were down 28.6% from initial plans at 1.093 million metric tons after an unplanned refinery stoppage according to Reuters sources and LSEG data.

  • Rosneft’s 240,000 bpd Tuapse based refinery may remain idle until mid-June despite being repaired following a recent drone attack on May 17 targeting its CDU according to Reuters sources Thursday. It remains idled due to low profitability they said.
