AUSSIE-KIWI: Tuesday saw AUD/NZD consolidate below NZ$1.0700, with the rate last
dealing at ~NZ$1.0665, virtually unchanged on the day.
- Bears will be pleased by the close below the 200-DMA, which comes in at
NZ$1.0677. Initial support is located at the April 18 low of NZ$1.0661, followed
by the April 15 high at NZ$1.0633. Resistance above the 200-DMA is located at
the psychological NZ$1.0700 level, followed by the recent intraday highs.
- Australian CPI data provides the highlight for participants today, ahead of
ANZAC Day, which will be observed on Thursday.
