TurkGB Curve Bull Flattens W/W, Risk Premia Recede Slightly

  • Local & USD rates remain unchanged this morning, having closed yesterday's session broadly weaker.
  • TurkGBs traded choppily on the day, ending +2-3bp higher in front end yields. Similarly, USD bonds closed the session +1.4-2.9bp higher across the full breadth of the curve.
  • W/w the TurkGB curve is positioned bull flatter with 3m-2Y yields -10-18bp lower, while 7-10Y yields hold -22-44bp lower with the 9Y tenor leading the way lower.
  • USD Bonds have also seen some reprieve w/w, with the belly of the curve (7-15Y) outperforming at -28-30bp).
  • Turkey's 5Y CDS found support above 440 in yesterday's session, but is still on track for a decline this week.
