Twist Steepening Sticks, Futures Back To Flat

JGBS

The early Tokyo twist steepening on the cash JGB curve has stuck, with little net movement since our previous update, while JGB futures continued to tick higher, sitting at unchanged levels at the lunchbreak. Once again, domestic headline flow remains light, with much of the space on newswires being given to Japan-South Korea relations, which isn’t moving the needle for the space. 30-Year JGB supply is due early this afternoon.
