Two Thirds of Urals Loadings Suspended Due to Weather and Maintenance: LSEG

Russia has suspended about two thirds of its Urals oil loading from sea ports because of weather issues and scheduled maintenance according to Reuters sources and LSEG data.

  • Primorsk Urals shipments are suspended December 13-18 according to the sources.
  • Novorossiisk Urals loadings are suspended Friday due to weather.
  • Ust-Luga was the only port loading Urals Friday. Ust-Luga Urals and Kazakh KEBCO loadings were scheduled at 650kbd for December.
  • Russia’s western facing ports also faced weather delays in November. Planned loadings out of Russian western ports are down 6% in December m/m at 1.9mn bpd.
