US TSYS: U.S. Tsys have consolidated the bulk of Wednesday's late move lower,
after coming under pressure in the wake of the U.S.-EU trade discussion,
although the curve has flattened ever so slightly overnight.
- It has been a relatively news-light session for the space, although it is
worth noting that Facebook printed after-market losses of over 20% at one point,
in the wake of poor guidance from the company, weighing on U.S. index futures,
particularly the NASDAQ, which may have lent a degree of support to Tsys.
- The Eurodollar strip is lower in the main, running a touch steeper than
settle, although the contracts are off of worst levels.
- As a reminder Wednesday saw a strong 5-Year auction, with eyes on 7-Year
supply later today ahead of the release of U.S. GDP on Friday.
- T-Notes last at 119.13, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last at 2.967%.
