A particularly dovish speech from RBA governor Lowe sent the short-end to record

highs for a second consecutive session Thursday. This bumps upside targets

higher, with little resistance seen (particularly as the new high poked north of

the 3% Upper Bollinger Band) until 99.393. This further puts paid to the

sell-rallies theme that had been prevalent over the past fortnight, returning

focus to the upside. For the outlook to weaken, markets need to take out the

50-dma at 99.024 after key Fib support at 99.125.
