Friday's price action was unable to lift yields above the Sep 20 high of 3.0943%
but the pullback has been limited keeping the focus firmly on this level. Above
here bulls need to clear the May 18 & 2018 high at 3.1261% for the resumption of
the uptrend, targeting a move toward multi-year high territory above 3.22%.
Bears need to break back below the triangle top from the May high at 2.9465 &
100-dma in order to shift the short-term outlook back to neutral.
