US 10-Yr UST yield closed Tuesday's.....>

EURO-DOLLAR: US 10-Yr UST yield closed Tuesday's session above technical level
of 3.05% and acted to keep the USD buoyant. EUR/USD has seen a low of $1.1820
yesterday before it recovered to $1.1875 but was had drifted back to $1.1837
into the close. Early Asia pressed rate to $1.1816, holding just shy of exposing
Citi's TOTW exit at $1.1815. Rate slowly recovered through the balance of the
session, met resistance at the NY closing level of $1.1837. Germany and EZ
Inflation data due at 0600GMT and 0900GMT respectively but not expected to
provide any major reaction. Main directional impetus to come from UST 10-Yr
yields, currently around 3.07%. US Housing Starts at 1230GMT and US IP/Cap.Ut.
at 1315GMT more likely to produce some reaction. 
- Support $1.1816/12, with option related support expected into $1.1800.
Resistance $1.1837/43, $1.1875-90.
