US Gasoline Imports from Europe Remain Elevated

US imports gasoline from Europe climbed to a three-week high in the seven days through May 4 according to Bloomberg vessel tracking.

  • Gasoline arrivals rose to 440k b/d, the highest since the week ended April 13, when flows were the most in seven months.
  • US refining capacity is returning from maintenance ahead of the summer driving season. US gasoline stocks remain weak at present.
