US Natgas Falls on Warm Weather in East

NATGAS

US Natgas falls as weather forecast in the East of US swich from below normal temperatures to above normal until the end of the month. US domestic demand was near normal around 64bcf/d over the weekend.

    • US Natgas NOV 22 down -5.5% at 6.1$/mmbtu
  • The front month price has fallen to the lowest since mid July due to high production, moderating domestic demand and outages restricting LNG export capacity.
  • Production remains above normal at approximately 101.3bcf/d compared to around 96bcf/d last year.
  • Deliveries to LNG export terminals are estimated up to 11.4bcf/d today while export to Mexico dipped slightly to 6.2bcf/d yesterday.
