  • The FOMC minutes for their July meeting follow, due at 1900BST/1400ET. Following a meeting when the Fed emphasised a lack of forward guidance, global markets are not expecting any substantial surprises.
  • Central bank speakers today are limited to Fed's Bowman, who speaks on technology and women's role in the economy.
  • Uruguay and Colombia central bank governors are scheduled to speak at events in their respective countries, while Ecuador’s government continues negotiating with indigenous groups. There are no major Latin American data releases.
