CABLE: ### US Senate passing the US Tax Bill late Friday saw Usd marked higher
into early Asia, cable marked down from its close around $1.3484 to $1.3431
before market reacted to press reports saying an unnamed EU official has said
that Brexit negotiations for a deal are 90% of the way there. Cable spiked to
$1.3514 but move quickly lost momentum as European Court of Justice jurisdiction
and Irish border concerns were seen still providing hurdles. Cable eased to
$1.3450(the area where main react buying began in Asia) with market on Brexit
headline watch for direction. PM May in Brussels to meet EU Juncker today. 
* Traders report volatile activity already in cable, the rate pressed down to
$1.3420 in early Europe.  
* Cable support $1.3400, $1.3385/75. Resistance $1.3514/22, $1.3535-50. 
* UK Construction PMI 0930GMT, last 50.8. Services and Composite PMI's due for
release Tuesday Dec5.
