US, UK Impose New Sanctions, Still No Agreement At From EU

US actions include: 'Full blocking sanctions on Russia’s largest financial institution, Sberbank, and Russia’s largest private bank, Alfa Bank', 'prohibition on new investment in Russia by U.S. persons wherever located', Full blocking sanctions on critical major Russian state-owned enterprises', and 'Full blocking sanctions on Russian elites and their family members,'
