DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD sits at C$1.3279, virtually unchanged on the day, after
round tripping from the session low at C$1.3267. This came as WTI added ~$0.60
overnight. 
- Worth noting BBG sources said Canada's decision whether to ban Huawei from its
5G network is still "at least months away" after China's ambassador warned
Ottawa against potential consequences of targeting the Chinese tech giant. As a
reminder, Sino-Canadian relations remain strained after the arrest of Huawei CFO
Meng in Vancouver. 
- Key levels remain in play, with bulls still focused on C$1.3319, which capped
gains yesterday. A move through that level would open up the 50-DMA at C$1.3357.
On the downside, bears target C$1.3249, which represents yesterday's low, ahead
of the Jan 16 low of C$1.3235. 
- Canadian focus today turns to domestic CPI, while retail sales due Wednesday,
headlines next week's docket.
