DOLLAR: USD index climbs through yesterday's high, helping put most major pairs
under further pressure: EUR/USD and GBP/USD now both eyeing earlier session
lows. US 10 year yields are edging higher after retaining the Asia-Pac session's
tight overnight range. Moves come alongside US equity futures ebbing to the
lower levels of the session as trader continue to eye earnings season (US
Bancorp the largest report of the day).
