DOLLAR-YEN
DOLLAR-YEN: USD/JPY had a brief look above 111.00 as the Nikkei 225 moved close
to neutral territory in the Japanese morning, but has faded to ~Y110.80 as the
index has made fresh lows in the afternoon session.
- It has been a choppy session for the USD/JPY cross, with little in the way of
fundamental catalysts apparent during trading hours.
- Above the intraday day high of Y111.06 bulls look to Y111.36 (1% envelope
10-DMA), while support is noted at Y110.48/38 (Hourly low Jun29/Jun29 low).
- Nearby notable option expiry interest at today's 10AM NY cut comes in the form
of: Y110.95-111.00($1.22bn).
