Vote On Windsor Framework Instrument ~1415GMT-Speaker's Office

Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle's office has stated that the vote on a statutory instrument related to the Windsor framework deal is expected at around 1415GMT (1015ET/1515CET). While the vote will pass due to Labour support, PM Rishi Sunak could find himself in the politically vulnerable position of needing the opposition votes due to a sizeable backbench Conservative rebellion.
