Treasury futures near recent highs, bonds gained after Credit Suisse shares declined 10% this morning after posting 3% gains earlier, no particular headline driver but rates remain sensitive to bank news after Silicone Valley Bank and Signature Bank collapsed since last Friday.

  • Front month Treasury futures has 30Y Bonds up 100 at 131-19 (30Y yield 3.6508%), 10Y notes +19 at 114-25 (10Y yield 3.4941%), yield curves bull flattening, 2s10s -5.070 -63.924.
  • Otherwise focus on data with Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization at 0915ET, Leading Index and University of Michigan Sentiment at 1000ET.
  • US Tsys have rescheduled today's $60B 4W, $50B 8W bill auctions to 1000ET Friday after technical difficulties prevented today's sale at 1130ET.
