White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is shortly due to deliver a press conference from the White House.

• The presser comes in the wake of the North American Leaders' Summit in Mexico City which saw modest steps made to increase cooperation on migration and stem the flow of narcotics.
• The primary focus of press questions is likely to be the story which broke this week revealing that classified government documents were found in a private office used by President Biden.
• Republicans have been quick to draw parallels between this week’s case and the FBI search of Former President Donald Trump's Florida residence and any hint of double standards at the Department of Justice will be zeroed in on by Republicans.
• New Chairman of the House Oversight committee James Comer (R-KY) said the committee “is concerned that President Biden has compromised (intelligence) sources and methods with his own mishandling of classified documents.”
