- Michael Bloomberg qualified for the Nevada Democratic debate after his
performance in the latest NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll (PredictIt currently
prices a 32% chance that he becomes the Democratic Presidential candidate).
- He also unveiled a raft of financial regulation proposals, pushing for more
oversight and a 0.1% financial transaction tax.
- This came after the latest BofAML Fund Manager Survey identified the result of
the 2020 U.S. Presidential election as the biggest tail risk for financial
markets, for a second straight month.
