OIL: WTI last trades $0.65 lower at $61.00, with Brent down around $0.50 at
$64.90.
- Crude initially ran higher in early post-settlement dealing following a
surprise draw in headline crude inventories in the weekly API inventory
estimate. Analysts are still looking for a headline build of 2.9mln barrels in
the official DoE inventory release, due Thursday.
- The risk off environment ultimately pushed oil lower in the Asia-Pacific
session, although crude staged a limited recovery with session lows roughly
coinciding with the Feb 16 low of $60.77.
