mixed, with T-Notes going out just shy of best levels
- The space followed the broader risk-flows, tethered to equities & JPY crosses
for most of the day. Early optimism re: Brexit & improvements in the trade
backdrop subsided.
- Washington Post reports pointed to the gov't putting out the feelers re:
scenario analysis if the gov't shutdown runs into March.
- U.S. CEA director Hassett noted that 0.0% economic growth during Q1 is
possible if the gov't shutdown persists.
- Flash PMI's & weekly jobless data headline on Thursday.
- T-Notes last 121.15+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.741%.
