Yoon Regains Upper Hand In Realmeter Presidential Poll

SOUTH KOREA

  • Yoon gains 6.5pp from the previous week's poll, while Lee loses 3.4pp, while results in a change. This means that Yoon has managed to close the gap on his rival, despite suffering a series of PR setbacks ahead of the new year.
  • Betting markets (as per PredictIt and Smarkets) still favour Lee as the most likely winner of the upcoming presidential race, albeit the spread between the implied odds of either candidate's victory has narrowed from recent extremes.
