Eurostoxx has extended its recovery to within touching distance of the March 19
ytd high at 3422.34. Above here would extend the recovery to the Sep 27 high at
3452.41 ahead of the Aug 28 high at 3463.03. To stabilise the outlook bears need
a push back below the April 1 low at 3353.67 to open the 200-dma which holds a
key support area. Below here would suggest a bearish reversal towards the 32.8%
retracement/Feb 6 high at 3226.12/3215.04.
