Treasury futures are above recent lows. A bearish theme remains intact though and S/T gains are considered corrective. This follows the recent break of 132-21+, Aug 11 low that confirmed a resumption of the bear cycle from Aug 4. This week's sell-off reinforces the bearish theme and maintains a price sequence of lower lows and lower highs. Attention is on 131-03+ next, Jun 25 low. Initial resistance is seen at 132-05+, Sep 27 high.
