Treasury futures have yet to break out of their recent range. In terms of direction, a bearish threat remains present and attention is on support at 132-25+, Aug 26 low and 132-21+, Aug 11 low. A clear break of the latter would strengthen a bearish case and signal potential for a deeper pullback and a stronger reversal. For bulls, the resistance to watch is unchanged at 134-00+, Aug 17 high. A break would open 134-26+, Aug 4 high.
