After a subdued week of trade last week, Treasury futures started the week on
the front foot, keeping the bullish focus on 130-13. This target holds as of
Tuesday morning. A close above here opens vol band resistance at 132-03+ and
132-14+. Any move to these levels would flip the outlook far more positive. For
bears, the 50-dma remains the bear trigger, which would open a further leg
lower, initially targeting the Sep13 low at 128-16.
