Petro Consolidates Advantage In Latest CNC Survey

Candidate Petro consolidates his advantage and is emerging as the next president: CNC survey (Semana)

  • According to the survey by the National Consulting Center (CNC) for SEMANA, Gustavo Petro widens his lead in both the first and second rounds. If the presidential elections were today, he would obtain 38% of the votes in the first round, while Federico Gutiérrez would have 23.8%. Rodolfo Hernández appears in third place with 9.6%, and Sergio Fajardo marks 7.2%.
  • What is relevant in this survey, compared to the CNC's for SEMANA on March 31, is that Petro would beat Fico in the second round by a difference of 7.9 percentage points. Petro would have 44.8% and Fico would reach 36.9%. 18.3% say they would not vote for any, blank, or do not know and do not answer.
