10-Year JGB Yields Pull Off YCC Limit, 10-Year Swap Rates Continue To Moderate From Cycle Peak

10-Year Japanese swap rates now sit the best part of 30bp back from last week’s cycle high and ~25bp shy of Friday’s closing levels, while 10-Year JGB yields are showing back below 0.40% after breaching the Bank’s YCC limit (0.50%) on 4 consecutive days.
