GOLD
GOLD: A bit of a nothing session for gold during Asia hours after U.S. data
pushed the yellow metal to its intraday extremes (at both ends of the range) on
Friday, last trading at $1,512/oz, ~$2 lower on the day, holding to a ~$3 range
in early dealing this week.
- The latest Sino-U.S. trade-related rhetoric has done little to move the needle
thus far.
- Bulls still need to take out the Oct 3 high at $1,519.8/oz to shift the focus
higher.
