A busy day ahead

BUNDS
  • There's very little change for Bund with the contract slowly breaking its tight overnight range into the Cash open to test session low, still well within Yesterday's upper range.
  • Support is unchanged at the 2.70% Yield resistance initially, around 128.80, did print a 128.75 low and a 2.704% high in Yield this week.
  • Busiest day of the week on the data front is coming up, with EU CPIs, the awaited US PCE core deflator, and MNI Chicago PMI.
  • Month End Bond extensions could also come into play later in the day for the EU and US, although these aren't big or large, but late bids can't be ruled out.
  • UK Month End Govies are a non event.
  • Eurex Rolls picked up yesterday, and will likely dominate volumes post Data in Europe going into next week's expiry.
  • SPEAKERS: ECB Vujcic, Panetta, Fed Bostic.
