A busy week ahead

BUNDS
  • This is a busy packed week ahead, and a busy start for the Week in Europe with German CPIs.
  • Bund trades in a tight range, albeit closer to Friday's upper range, after the contract recovered off the 2024 low Friday.
  • Most will look at 130.53 for initial resistance, Friday's high. Above the latter, would see 130.96.
  • Small support moves up to 130.03, followed by 129.53, last Week's low, although better will be seen towards the 129.37 area.
  • Today sees, Spain prelim CPI, German Regional/National CPIs, and no tier 1 data out of the US.
  • SUPPLY: Italy 2029, 2034 (equates combined 61k BTP) should weigh, plus floating 2032 (won't impact BTP). EU 2028 (would equate to 19.7k Bobl), 2033 (would equate to 18.4k Bund).
