Canada's opposition leader says 'this government's time is up.'

MNI (OTTAWA) - Canada's opposition NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Friday he will introduce a motion of nonconfidence in Justin Trudeau's Liberal government after Parliament returns near the end of January, after months of resisting calls from the other parties to combine and force a snap election.

"No matter who is leading the Liberal Party, this government’s time is up. We will put forward a clear motion of non-confidence in the next sitting of the House of Commons," Singh said in a letter distributed to reporters.
