EGBs have traded within the morning's ranges.

  • Bund are back to flat on the day going into the weekend and ahead of a busy week next week.
  • The German curve is flat, while peripheral have lagged versus core bond.
  • As such, peripheral spread are a touch wider,with Spain at the widest, albeit just 1.9bp wider against the German 10yr.
  • Looking ahead, couple of Fed speakers Bostic and Kashkari are scheduled.
  • After market hours, we get Rating for:
  • Moody's on the EU (current rating: AAA; Outlook Stable) & Spain (current rating: Baa1; Outlook Stable)
  • S&P on Belgium (current rating: AA; Outlook Stable) & Spain (current rating: A; Outlook Stable).
  • DBRS Morningstar on Portugal (current rating: BBB (high), Stable Trend).
  • This weekend: Italian vote in a referendum regarding the size of their Parliament on Sunday
