A Familiar Story In ECB Pricing

STIR

Familiar levels remain in play today, with terminal ECB deposit rate pricing holding around 3.75% and ~16bp of cuts priced by February ’24. This comes after Fed re-pricing & continued hawkish musings from Holzmann aided a slight reduction in the pricing of cuts on Tuesday. Final Eurozone CPI data presents the highlight on the regional data slate today, while another raft of ECB speak is due (de Guindos, de Cos, Elderson, Centeno & Rehn)
