MARKET TALK: A pretty mix European open, ahead of the Fed later tonight (not
much new is expected there).
Germany strip sees small bear steepening, following a big bear flattening day
yesterday, and seeing the same type of price action in Tnotes, two way and
within ranges.
*Bund: In terms of data we only get, some French release of interest this
morning, with no supplies. 
**Once again some attention on syndication , with German EUR 50yr tap plan, and
Finland looking to tap a 20yr EUR.
In FX, USD is offered across the board, against all majors, but currencies are
so far behaving themselves, on the back of a tight range Asian session
