-After starting the session in the red, Bund picked up a bid, on the back of
German Finance minister Scholtz: GERMAN FINMIN: ABLE TO ACT IF THERE'S CRISIS,
BUT THERE ISN'T -bbg 
-Momentum was short lived and we are heading towards the end of the session into
a 51 ticks range session. 
-The lack of Data or speakers, has provided very little in terms of market
colour 
-Peripherals have stayed within ranges against the German 10 yr, albeit 1-2bps
wider on the day 
-Tomorrow sees the German IP and EU Commission Economic Forecasts. 
- Bund futures are up 0.21 today at 170.74 with BTP futures down -0.12 at 143.46
and OAT futures up 0.13 at 167.42.
