CABLE: After a choppy session in US markets the pound exploded higher from 
$1.3221 to $1.3388, after the UK Telegraph reported that the UK/EU have reached
an agreement over the final divorce bill. The article cites two sources had
confirmed that the terms were agreed at a meeting in Brussels late last week
after intense back-channel discussions led by Oliver Robbins, the UK's chief
Brexit negotiator. The pound has since eased to $1.3336 and currently trades at
$1.3344. Cable is now expected to consolidate into the European open. Resistance
lies at $1.3388 (yesterday's high) a break to open $1.3402 (Oct2 high), while
initial support now lies at $1.3324 (38.2% fib $1.3221-$1.3388).
