US TSYS SUMMARY: Another busy day on the volume front, but this time very little
in terms of direction either way in Treasuries. 
-Worth noting of course that TYA managed to print a new all time low during the
London open. 
-This was a continuation form the Asian session which saw continued Risk Off,
given the rise in contagion cases outside of China. 
-Flow order have mainly been dominated by spreads, with contracts were trading
with ranges, but took another leg higher as the US started to come in. 
-US Yields are once again pushing through record all time lows. 
-US roll pace stands at 82.42% for the 30yr, 86.3% for TYA, 89.2% for 5yr and
86.33% for the 2yr. 
- 2y yields down -5.9bp today at 1.108% 
- 5y yields down -5.8bp today at 1.094% 
- 10y yields down -4.9bp today at 1.290% 
- 30y yields down -4.5bp today at 1.779%
